Phenomenon is a ceramic project inspired by nature, not to imitate its aspects but to evoke its emotions; a recurring theme in the work of Tokujin Yoshioka. Almost microscopic substances integrated into the ceramic material produce a visual effect of the depth and breadth of the surface. The project is divided into three product types: chosen from them was the Honeycomb mosaic, from the Phenomeno Mosaics line, whose tiny hexagonal tiles (1, 1x1, 1cm, in dry-pressed stoneware porcelain subsequently worked by hand) create an alveolar design, subtly embossed, with a striking surface effect.
