Richard Woods uses traditional wood block printmaking techniques to "print" graphic realisations evoking building materials. In his work, normality is represented in a stylised and hyper-real visual formulation. In this project, panels of wooden flooring are stylised and rendered soft in a pure wool rug knotted by hand.
