Without changing the essential features, Robert Dawson takes some decoration (six designs of the original Wedgwood Willow Pattern, first produced in England in 1818) and transforms them beyond the limits of normality. Modern technology is used to overturn nineteenthcentury iconography creating a modern variation that brings contemporary interest to a rich tradition. The After Willow Pattern collection is no longer in production.
