With its seat like a piece of fine papercutting, or lace with an equally fine pattern, the little Prince Chair suggests lightness and softness. Originally designed as a competition entry (not won) for a seat destined for a member of the Danish royal family, Prince Chair has challenged modern technologies using both water-cutting and laser-cutting to perforate the neoprene seat covered with felt. A refreshing alternative to upholstery. The seat is supported on a steel frame.
