A rushing spiral movement gives the Vortess Chandelier a unique personality, like all the unique architectural work of Zaha Hadid. When off, is monochrome and opaque. When the high-pressure Led modules inside it are turned on, two distinct spirals can be seen. The illuminated spiral can be programmed to take on various changing colours. Made of fibreglass and thermoformed acrylic, finished with automotive paint, is the result of collaboration between Sawaya & Moroni and Zumtobel Staff.
