Described as playful and experimental, Louise Campbell’s work is reputed for gently twisting not only everyday objects and situations, but also materials and manufacturing processes in new directions. She mainly designs furniture and lamps, but also works in interior design. Her most famous chair, Prince, was created for the Prince of Denmark.

Biography
Louise Campbell was born in Copenhagen. She set up her own studio in 1996, where she works independently today.
She has worked for companies such as Louis Poulsen, Zanotta, HAY, Royal Copenhagen, Holmegaard, Stelton, Muuto, Georg Jensen, Baccarat, The Danish Ministry of Culture and IMM Cologne - where Louise was guest of Honour in January 2014 and thereby the designer behind the annual ideal house, Das Haus.
Campbell has curated and designed a number of exhibitions of contemporary crafts, and has been among the driving forces of numerous initiatives aimed at improving the design environment in Denmark.
