Another Colour is a hand-cut and hand-stitched wallpaper. Thousands of pieces of carefully hand-cut wallpaper are randomly attached to a background support, creating an organic collage of colours and shapes which also has a three-dimensional effect, as the various elements protrude freely from the background onto which they are sewn, thus hanging 'off the wall'. Retro-style is usd to position the pieces, an idea that enhances the random element of their placement and the resulting colour combinations. No two designs are the same, but they all have a similar spirit and intention. The three-dimensional effect can be increased and emphasised by lighting the wallpaper from different angles.
