Contour lines in a three-dimensional version thanks to the use of 2 mm thick layers of 100% wool felt. This is how Monika Piatkowski makes her rugs, each time borrowing a city (Paris, Oslo, New York, Moscow, etc.) and reproducing its altimetric curves or the road map. Created in the same way as the soft sculptures of Cmaes Oldenburg, the Cityscape collection expresses the multi-faceted personality of a Polish-Born artist designer who has lived and worked in London for a while now.
