The first real change in the sector came about in 1994, when Duravit presented Edition 1, the first bathroom collection designed by the eruptive Philippe Starck. Inspired by iconic water-related shapes (bucket, tub, bowl). Starck came up with a collection that turned a service room into a bathroom. Periodically updated, the bath tub is one of the strong points of this collection, as evidenced by the Edition 2, oval tub, also with hydromassage system and spotlights, available either as a recessed or freestanding version.
