When socializing extends to include preparing food to favor the interweaving of relationships, this is when innovation makes its appearance. Over time, the island — with worktop in Calacatta marble and Era built-in wooden table in with solid wood details —has become a cult piece dedicated to the rituals practiced in the kitchen environment.
