With its 30 different designs (each plate has a different pattern), the Patchwork Collection Nothing New summarises the irony and imagination always predominant in projects by Marcel Wanders. He even manages to amaze with a traditional product, in this case pottery by a historic Dutch manufacturer. Without altering the shapes of the plates, he chooses decorations from the most varied subjects, partly printed and partly by hand. the plates are then used in random combinations on the table.
