ELLE DECO PLANET
HotELLE DECORATION
ELLE Decoration Spain hosted the not to be missed moment of Madrid's art and design month in February with the opening of the exhibit-installation HotELLE: recreating a luxury hotel while exploring the new codes of luxury and sustainability for the future of the hospitality sector.

ELLE Decoration Spain invited seven interior designers with former hospitality experience to transform the rooms of the 21st century luxury hotel at López-Dóriga Palace, The Bridge headquarters. Each designer applied their own style to their assigned section of the hotel while all successfully harmonizing the elements to create a pleasant and sophisticated atmosphere.
The challenge for these designers was not only to create beauty and excellence, but to do it under the “new codes” of luxury- sustainable design. Many round tables and conferences were held as a follow up to extend the conversations on sustainability, and how it pertains to the future of the hospitality sector at large.
The design exhibit was open to visitors from February 20th to March 1st, and guided tours and activities were offered.
