ELLE DECORATION China Design Awards*
On January 6th, ELLE DECORATION China held their 12th annual Design Award ceremony and party awarding the best local and international design in 13 categories.
As part of the EDIDA voting process, each ELLE DECO edition presents their nominees for the first round either by holding their own local EDIDA event or by featuring them in their magazines.
The theme of this year's ELLE DECORATION China Design award was 'Back to the Original', intending both to remind us of our original aspirations, but also of the true spirit of design. The theme was highlighted by an installation evoking a children's fairytale.
Chinese TV-celebrity Fangfei Liu was invited to the event making a call for action for the public welfare program on environmental protection.
