Biography
Studio Mary Lennox, founded by Ruby Barber, is a Berlin-based studio specializing in flower styling, botanical design, and consultancy. The studio’s named was inspired by the protagonist in Frances Hodgson Burnett’s novel The Secret Garden, a story which celebrates the qualities of nature, a theme central to the studio’s work. Coincidentally, the studios first location was on the corner of Mary and Lennox streets in Sydney, Australia. Since relocating to Berlin in 2012, Studio Mary Lennox has worked worldwide engaging in diverse projects spanning botanical brand image consultancy, creative and artistic direction, concept creation and creative strategy, content development, scenography, set design and large-scale installation work. The studio’s headquarters are situated at Am Lokdepot in Berlin Schöneberg, serving as a hub for its global operations and collaborations.
