Biography
Founded in Milan in the 1940s by Piero Fornasetti, Fornasetti is an atelier recognised for the design and decoration of finely crafted furnishing objects. Barnaba Fornasetti, Artistic Director and guardian of the legacy of his father Piero, has guided the brand over the last thirty years with courageous and unconventional choices, shepherding it towards the international renown and vitality it enjoys today. Alongside the production of objects, Fornasetti now also conceives and curates cultural initiatives, managed by Fornasetti Cult, which represent a fundamental part of the brand's identity, the atelier's values and the role it wants to play in today's social context.
