EDIDA 2004

  • Date
  • Place The Cloisters of San Simpliciano

For its second edition, the EDIDA was held in the Cloisters of San Simpliciano. Based in the heart of the Brera district of Milan, the Cloister of San Simpliciano is located just behind the Basilica of San Simpliciano. Built in the middle of the 16th century, its design is attributed to Vicenzo Seregni, well-known as an architect of the famous Milan Cathedral.

The Award ceremony traditionally takes place on Thursday during the Salone del Mobile in Milan, the world’s leading furniture fair. Generally the event is held in a different location of the city every year. It gathers the editors-in-chief of ELLE DECORATION editions worldwide who reward the winners of the year in the presence of major actors of the international design community.
