Special, but not brazen, effects, covering the walls in Mutina’s mood. Konstantin Grcic delivered a collection of porcelain stoneware tiles in six pale colours to the Modena-based company: each one partially glazed for a glossy/matte finish that defines its geometries. In relief on the matte base, on the other hand, we find the patterns of the miniature formats, small sculptures that seem to reflect the designer’s training as a cabinet-maker. A sophisticated, logical project.
