Concrete hand printed with images of kilim and Persian rugs: it is this contrast, inherent in the characteristics of the material and its surface, in the decoration applied to a material apparently refractory to such printing, that is the most interesting element of this product, delicate and solid at the same time. Eileen Elliott has drawn on some of her previous studies of textiles for this product. The nature of the concrete and the quality of decoration make these tiles suitable for many uses, on floors and walls.
